The early learning and development stages of children are especially dependent on play. Children learn through different types of play, and “Pretend Play” is particularly important as it allows them to do things independently in their own little ways.
With this understanding, Pinch Design developed a Pretend Play environment that is centred on imagination and inspired by the concept of a pop-up book.
Designed for children aged three and above, the self-standing giant PLAY Book (which collapses to 1000mm x 700mm) opens up into four adjourning panels. With colourful pop-up elements on both front and back of the panels, children can play out a story and create a play scenario according to their imagination.
The young ones are also encouraged to bring their own toys to add to the play context.
There is no “right way” to play! And there is no excuse not to bring your children to SingaPlural 2018.
